INFORMATION THAT APPLIES TO EVERYONE
The Yearbook Order Form: Forms were emailed and went home last week. They MUST be returned by Thursday, May 30. Due to the fact that we have so many wonderful advertisers this year, the cost of the yearbook will only be $10.00. If you would like to have your child’s name embossed on the front cover, there is an additional $5.00 fee.
FINAL PAYMENT FOR 2012-13: If you have not already paid your June tuition, please wait until you receive a statement from Vickey Mull that will include all credits for the year. This will allow everyone to start the new year with a zero balance. Remember, the next year (2013-14) payment plan will start on July 1 (due by the 10th of each month).
CORNERSTONE SUMMER CAMP (grades K-7 only): June 10-14 and June 17-21
Drama, Music, Art, and Sports programs will be offered during both weeks. Full day (8-4 pm) camp will cost $130 and half day (8-12 pm) will cost $85. The deadline for registration is June 3. There will be a $10 late registration fee. Brochures were emailed and handed to students. Copies are available in the office to give to your friends. Tell all your friends and invite them to join you at the Best Summer Camp in town! Please contact Mr. Mathis if you have any questions.
MCDONALD SOCCER CAMP (grades K-7 only): June 10-14 and June 17-21
Brochures are available at the office window.
SUMMER HOURS: Tuesday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. The school will be closed June 24-July 5 so the floors can be waxed.
INFORMATION PACKETS: If your account is current, they will be available for pick up in the office. The packet contains grades, TerraNova testing results, awards, etc.
SUMMER READING PROGRAM: A letter was emailed or handed out to every student detailing our summer reading program. Please go to our website to access the reading list (Academics/Summer Reading).
UNIFORM SALE: Left over clothing has been sorted by name and is located in the foyer along with your check. If all of your clothing was sold, then the check was given to your child by Mrs. Lynam. Please pick these items up ASAP as we do not have extra storage space. All leftover items will be sold at the next uniform/rummage sale.

We want to thank each and every one of you who gave of your time to serve at the school and behind the scenes to make things happen and to keep things going!
Also, a big thank you goes out to Dena Watkins and Kelly Lynam for all that they brought to CA throughout their years of PTF leadership. Many of the traditions we enjoy as a school came about because of their visions and dedication to excellence and memory making! They will be missed!

TUITION REMINDER: Tuition payments are due the first day of the month. Payments received after the 10th of the month will incur a $25 late fee.
